Funeral services for Della J. German, 81 of Chico, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Della passed away Dec., 27, 2006, in Chico. She was born July 27 Chico.
Della married Howard German Sr. She is survived by husband Howard German Sr. of Chico; daughter Connie Zimmerman of Chico; son Larry Rohde of Chico; son and daughter-in-law Howard Jr. and wife Debbie German of Oroville, Calif. Also survived by son and daughter-in-law, Alan and wife Wanda German of Chico; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until 11 :15 am. at Brusie Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Della will be laid to rest at Glen Oaks Memorial Park.

A funeral for Luetta Inez Wahl, 86, of Chico, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Brusie Funeral Home.
She died Sunday, Oct. 18, 1998, at a local convalescent hospital after a long illness.
She was born Aug. 27, 1912 to Marvin and Inez Chester in Alturas where she was raised.
In 1930 she married Eldon Wahl in Chico. He died in 1986.
Mrs. Wahl moved to Chico when she was 14. She worked at Lassen Foods for 20 years.
She was a member of the Seventhday Adventist Church. She enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include a son, Darrell of Durham; a daughter, Eldona Miller of Lincoln, Neb; and nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Chico Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Association in care of the funeral home.

Funeral- services for Mrs. A. L. Stinnett, 33, were being held here Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Church of Christ. Rev. W. R. Yowell officiated and interment
was in the Mexia city cemetery. Mrs. Stinnett, the wife of A. L. Stinnett, employee of the Owenwood Oil company here, died at her home on the company's lease about four miles west of Mexia at about midnight Monday after an illness of many weeks. The deceased is survived by her husband and a small daughter, 3 sisters, a brother and her father.
