Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. March 5, 2007, in Fraker Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Marshfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

He was predeceased by his parents, his ?rst wife, Katherine Miller, four brothers, Kenneth Miller, Orval Miller, Gene Miller and Bobby Miller and one sister, Alta Brown.
Jessie was survived by his loving wife, Wanda Miller of Hot Springs, one son, Jesse Don Miller and wife Arlene of LaCenter, Washington, one granddaughter, Chrystal Fletcher and husband Todd of Bend, Oregon, two brothers; Craig Miller and wife Rosie of Fate, Texas and L.W. (Bunn) Miller and wife Lee of Glen Alan, Virginia. He is also survived by one sister, Ann Evans of Grandbury, Texas, one step-son Ricky Phillips and wife Shelly of Hot Springs, two step-daughters; Vicki Patterson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Reta Rice and husband Gary of Bentonville, Arkansas.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 2:00 pm in the Lingleville East in Lingleville, Texas.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2008 ?om 3-5:00 pm at Gross Funeral Home.

Martha (Pico) Roy, age 100 entered into rest on February 14, 2013 in Stockton, CA She was born to Ben and Naomi Logan on October 2, 1912 in Gays Mills, WI.
As a young girl her family moved from Wisconsin and settled in Manteca.
Martha met her husband Melvin Pico in Manteca, married and had four children. She was widowed at the young age of 28 with four children to raise. She managed to buy a small house in Lathrop where she settled and raised her children.
She later met and married Wilifred Roy and when her children were grown moved with him to San Mateo. She was employed at San Mateo High School as a cafeteria manager and baker for 20 years. After losing her husband she moved to Stockton to be near her family.
Martha was well known in the family for her baking, especially her pies. Her granddaughters to this day still bake "Grandma Roy's" famous potato chip cookies during the Christmas season. She enjoyed her garden, crocheting and attending craft fairs were she sold her creations.
Martha is survived by her sister Artless Brandel from Portland, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her husbands Melvin Pico and Wilifred Roy as well as siblings Roland, Richard, Robert, Lars, Jack, and Raymond Logan and her sister Jean Hagstrom.
She is survived by her children Bob Pico (Marlene) and Lorraine Weertman and also by her brother-in-law Stan Hagstrom. Her children Edward Pico (Sharon) and Doris Matthews (Scott) preceded her in death as well.
She was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 17 great, great grandchildren, three of which preceded her in death (John Madrid, Rodney Wigley and Joshua Forth).
Martha celebrated her 100th birthday among family and friends on October 2, 2012 with a celebration at Valley Garden Convelescent home where she resided in her later years.
Martha will be deeply missed by her extensive family and friends.
Services for Martha Roy will be at Park View Chapel/Cemetery on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 11:00 am with burial immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to St. Jude's Children's hospital or a favorite charity.

Martha Logan Pico-Roy recently celebrated her 100th birthday.
The landmark event was held Sept. 28 at Valley Garden Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Stockton. She was joined by her two surviving children, Lorraine Weertman of Lodi and Bob Pico of French Camp, family members, and dignitaries from the City of Lathrop.
All told, about 25 were in attendance, including Lathrop Mayor J. Chaka Santos, Bennie Gatto he, too, is a former mayor of Lathrop - and his wife, Joyce.
Santos presented PicoRoy with a proclamation from the city, according to her son Bob Pico.
She officially turned 100 on Oct. 2, moving to Manteca as a teenager from Wisconsin. PicoRoy was also a longtime resident of Lathrop and spent some time in San Mateo, working at the San Mateo High School cafeteria.
Shes been in Valley Garden for the past three years, suffering a horrendous injury at 96.
She was staying in a senior apartment complex when she took a fall, said Pico, who indicated that his mother suffered a gall bladder attack, puncturing her lung during the fall.
It took a lot of her life, he added.
Prior to her accident, Pico-Roy was active. She enjoyed crocheting and attending the crafts shows.
She had more yarn than you can shake a stick at," her son said. She often made blankets for the grandkids.
For the exception of her 90-yearold sister Virginia Randel of Portland, PicoRoy has already outlived most of her friends.
She talks very little these days, Bob Pico said. She does recognize familiar faces but sometimes it takes a little time.
Pico-Roy, who has several generations of grand children Bob Pico estimates those numbers to be somewhere in the 30s - can still greet those she knows with a big smile.
