LIVINGSTON - Funeral services were held Tuesday at Pace Funeral Chapel for Vee Blankenship, 80. The Rev. Cannon Stahl officiated.
Interment followed in the Camp Ruby Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Truman Barker, Burt Cummings, Ed McMillan, Ed Harrison, Alvin Wells and Jack Beatty Jordan.
Blankenship, born the daughter of Andy and Johanna Rhoden Franklin, was a native of Tyler County and was born and reared near Warren. She married W. A. Blankenship on Feb. 4, 1914 at Fuqua. The family lived in various places as Mr.
Blankenships employment required.
Blankensmp has lived in Livingston for the past ten years and was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include two sons, W. B. Blankenship of Livingston and Jeff Blankenship of Haufman; one daughter, Wilma Carr of Rye; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
