PATSY FERN THRONEBERRY, 68, Marlow, passed away Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, in Marlow. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Marlow, with Rev. Corey Pennycuff and Rev. Mark Hayes officiating. Burial will be in the Davidson (Okla.) Cemetery under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home.
Patsy was born Thursday, Oct. 26, 1939, in Marlow, to John David and Bonnie Bell Landrum Pennycuff. She attended school in Frederick. She married Carl James Throneberry on Jan. 10, 1956, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Patsy and Carl lived in Electra, Texas, from 1966 to 1990, when they moved to Comanche. In 2003, they moved to the Clear Creek area.
Patsy worked for Duncan Regional Hospital as a CNA-Home Health Care Aid. She loved to read the Bible and work crossword puzzles. Patsy enjoyed the times they went camping and she would take lots of pictures. She also enjoyed visiting people, especially spending time with her family. Patsy was a member of the Hope Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Throneberry of the home; three sons, James Bradley Throneberry and wife Cindy of Hastings, Brad Throneberry and Randall Throneberry, both of Marlow; five daughters, Kim Simpson and husband Mike of Abilene, Texas, Carlene Merritt and husband Tim of Burkburnett, Texas, Sue Baker and husband John of Electra, Texas, Treva Throneberry of Oregon, and J'Lisha McKinnon and husband Brad of Cartersville, Ga.; 22 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Rick Pennycuff and wife Kathy of Graham, Texas, David Pennycuff and wife Bertha of Foster, and Gary Pennycuff and wife Cathy of Rowlett, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jim Pennycuff, and a sister, Betty Pennycuff.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Throneberry, Randall Throneberry, Chad Campbell, Mike Simpson, Aaron Merritt, Clint Pennycuff and Adam Merritt.

MARQUEITA ANN HARRIS THRONEBERRY, 70, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012, in Duncan.
Family visitation will be Monday, July 30, 2012, 2-4 p.m., at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2012, at the Zoe Christian Center in Duncan, with pastor Smokey Sanders officiating.
Ann was born Thursday, August 28, 1941, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, to Vernon Eugene and Virginia Eva (Love) Shelton. Ann graduated from North High School in Omaha, Nebraska, and later attended college in Joplin, Missouri. She lived in Yankton, South Dakota, for 17 years before moving to the Duncan area four years ago.
Ann married Phillip D. Harris on October 24, 1959, in Omaha, Nebraska. They divorced in 1989.
On June 12, 2010, Ann married Carl Throneberry in Duncan.
Ann worked as a teacher in a Christian school in Kansas for many years and devoted much of her life to the ministry. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, shopping, reading and family gatherings. Ann loved going to church and was a member of the Zoe Christian Center Church.
Survivors include her husband, Carl Throneberry of the home; three sons, Christopher E. Harris and wife Christina of Duncan, Phillip D. Harris, Jr. and wife Farrah of Wichita, Kansas, and John C. Harris and wife Darla of Freeman, South Dakota; a daughter, Rebekah A. Taylor and husband Matthew of Comanche, Oklahoma; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Zoe Danielle Harris, and a sister, Linda Shelton (#73074880).

Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5-6 p.m. Friday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home.

Jim was born on January 27, 1939 to Woodrow and Ruby (Airington) Holman in Tipton, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Jessie Throneberry on September 7, 1958 in Grandfield, Oklahoma. Jim served his country in the Army Reserves and retired after 35 years from Bell Helicopter. He was a proud, card carrying member of the Choctaw Nation in Oklahoma and an avid fan of the Boyd Yellow Jackets.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Jessie Holman of Boyd; his son, Mike Holman and wife Kenette of Paradise; his daughters, Vickie Baucom and husband Ronnie of Midland, and Cindy Carey and husband Charlie of Azle; his grandchildren, Dustin, Phillip, Travis, Joey, Ashlee, Skylin, Trinity, and Michael; his great grandchildren, Eden, Elise, and Elijah; his brothers, George Holman and wife Denise of Georgia, Wayne Holman and wife Nancy of Oklahoma; his sister, Mary Sturdevant of Arkansas; numerous other relatives, and a host of friends.
