Funeral services for Mrs. Martha L. Patterson were held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow. Rev. Joe Woodson and Rev. W. M.. Howard officiated.
Mrs. Patterson was born March 12, 1901in Antelope, Texas and died Friday in the Grady Memorial Hospital in Chickasha after an extended illness. She lived in Marlow since 1948.
She was married on Sept. 10. 1916 to Thomas Roger Patterson at Archer City, Texas. He preceeded her in death on 1973. She was amember ofyjr Marlow Goshel Tabernacle Church.
Burial was in the Marlow Cemetery.
Survivors include four sons Roger and Jphn of Bray, Thomas Roy of Fairview, and Joel of Perkins, five daughters, Mrs. Jewel Chambers of Marlow, Mrs. Bert Largent, Lindsay, Mrs. Margaret Elamof Marlow, Mrs. Nevlyn Whtbark and Mrs. m> L. Weyrick, both of Rush Springs: three brothers, George Petit of Archer City, Texas, Tom Petit of Vernon, Texas, and Robert Petit of Louisiana: three sisters, Mrs. F. l. Brand and Mrs. Mary Clayton, both of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Mrs. Ben Canada of Archer City, Texas, and 23 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Elton Lamb, Delton Lamb, J. h. Ambrose, Harvey York, Pete Boles and Easton Fisher.

Robert is the son of Theodore Drake "Teddy" Greenwood and Effie Elizabeth (Sparkman) Greenwood. He married two times. First Marriage was to Miss Audine Billberry. Audine was born 7 Dec 1920 and died 12 Nov 1942 Memphis, Hall Co., TX. To their union one son, Bobby Lynn Greenwood. Bobby was 8 months old when his mother died.
She is buried in Memphis, Hall Co., TX at the Fairview Cemetery.
When Audine moved to NM with her husband, Robert, the baby was weeks old. Audine never did get over having the baby and was sick. Audine wanted to go home to Memphis, TX for awhile. Robert took her home to stay with her parents and he went back to work in New Mexico, where he had a good job. It was shortly after she returned home, to Memphis, Hall Co., TX that she died. Robert took his son Bobby back to New Mexico, and his mother, Effie E. (Sparkman) Greenwood looked after the baby, her grandson, while Robert was at work.
Robert served in the US NAVY during WWII. While he was in the services of his country his parents cared for his son. Bobby was about 10 years old when his father, Robert was discharged from US NAVY.
As of this posting, Roberts second wife and children are still living. Roberts son from his first marriage has passed away.

FLOMOT Services for Beatrice Bilberry, 92, of Snyder will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Flomot with the Rev. Nathan Mulder officiating.
Burial will be in Flomot Cemetery under the direction of Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home in Floydada.
She died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2000, at Cogdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder.
She was born on April 15, 1908, in Shackelford County. She married L.D. Bilberry on March 16, 1927, in Dickens County. She moved to Lockney from Flomot in 1990 and then to Snyder from Lockney in 1996.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and two daughters, Doris Dickinson and Nickie Loudermilk.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Speer of Floydada and Jean Richardson of Snyder; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today.

Jefferson Johnson Killed In Wreck
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 28, at 3 p.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church for Jefferson Lee Johnson, who was killed Friday, March 26, in a car wreck fifteen miles west of Mineral Wells on Highway 180.
Rev. J.E. Lee, pastor of the Bethel Baptist Church officiated.
Johnson was born on September 28, 1915 at Blanchard, OK. He came to Dickens County in 1932 and was married to Bonnie Bilberry Haber at Lovington, NM on February 18, 1952.
Pallbearers were Dempsey Sims, Jr., W.A. Nichols, C.W. Proctor, L.L. Hunt, Paul Bateman and Alex Fry.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, one step-daughter, Sandra Ann Baber, mother, Mrs. Thelma Johnson of Spur; father, W.F. Johnson of Ardmore, OK; one brother, Bruce of Fort Worth; his grandparents, Mrs. Lillie Gibson of Spur and L.L. Gibson of Spur. Interment in Spur cemetery. Chandler Funeral Home in charge.

Imajean Bilberry McGee went home to meet Jesus May 2, 2013, at 6:20 in the evening. Imajean was born September 15, 1929, in Spur, Texas to Samuel Venson Bilberry and Eva Dressel Bronson Bilberry. She was the oldest of six children. During her childhood, she traveled from Texas to California and back as her father had to find ways to make ends meet during the Great Depression. After coming back to Texas as a teenager, she met the love of her life, Henry Eugene McGee. She married Henry on July 19, 1947, after only a twenty-three day courtship and they have remained married for over sixty-five years. They were blessed with three children, Iris Faye, Stephen Ray and Janis Lynn.
Imajean worked hard at every job she had, even driving a bulldozer alongside Henry. She worked at the family-owned Red Top Drive-In in Spur as a cook. After settling a bankruptcy due to an economic downfall, they moved the family to Waco and she enrolled in Beauty College. They eventually settled their roots in Smithville, Texas, where they started contract work for a local furniture maker. After years of furniture making they started their own arts and craft business with their oldest daughter and son-in-law, called Crafts from the Kitchen Table. This venture had her again traveling throughout the south, setting up at fairs and malls selling their wares. They did this for almost twenty five years until Henry became ill and had to retire. In addition to the craft business, she also had her beauty shop set up at her home, where she styled hair for many women in town.
She loved gathering her huge family any chance she got, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas. There was al-ways plenty of food and lots of fellowship. She also loved playing the domino game Train every Tuesday at the library. She was an active member of First Baptist Church as a member of the choir, Sunday School and the Fel-lowship committee. She served for many years as the VBS director.
Imajean was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Sammy Joe, Noel Lyndall, and Kenneth Dale; son-in-law, James Franke; and nephew, Mark Bilberry.
Imajean is survived by her husband Henry; brothers Harold Royce Bilberry (Nelle) of Georgetown and Frankie Don Bilberry (Janice) of Elgin; daughters Iris Faye Franke of Smithville and Janis Lynn Lehmann (Macyln) of Winchester; and son Stephen Ray McGee (Debbie) of Nacogdoches; She leaves her legacy to nine grandchildren, Gina Franke, Coleen Smiley (Benny), Joe Lehmann (Roslyn), Michael McGee, Megan Ninemire (Zach), Stacey Lehmann, Jamie Franke, Melanie Hitchcock (Mike), and Chad Lehmann (Tish); twelve great-grandchildren Richard Smiley, Caleb Ninemire, Madison McGee, Mallory Ninemire, Ryan Ninemire, Dusty Veitch (Adriania), Tyler Lehmann, Kylee Leh-mann, Haley Gonzales, Cory Lehmann, Jace Lehmann, and Harper Spencer; two great-great grandchildren, Bianca Veitch and Briella Veitch; three nieces, Tricia Jones (Jackie), Karen Bilberry and Laura Eiben (Jeff); and one neph-ew, Darrell Bilberry.
Pallbearers are her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers include the Deacons of First Baptist Church.
Visitation was held Sunday May 5, 2013 from 4-8 pm at All Faith of the Pines Funeral Home in Smithville. Funeral services were held Monday May 6, 2013 at 10am at First Baptist Church in Smithville. Interment will be at Win-chester City Cemetery, Winchester, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Smithville, Texas or a charity of your choice.

Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church Thursday afternoon for Noel Lyndal Bilberry, 7, son of Mr. And Mrs. Vinson Bilberry. Death occurred at Brawley, Calif., Monday. Arrangements were made and the body brought overland to Spur, arriving here about two o'clock Thursday morning. Interment was Spur Cemetery with Campbell's Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
According to reports the child suffered a fall about a month before his death, receiving injuries in the section of the thorax. He was kept out of school for a few days and then seemed all right and returned to school. He went home from school Monday of last week and blood began to emit from his mouth. A physician was called, but nothing could seem to relieve his conditions and the child passed away about ten o'clock Monday night, being ill only a few hours.
The survivors are the parents, a sister, Imogene, 8, and a brother, Kenneth Dale, 4: the grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. E.J. Bilberry of Espuela community, and Mrs. Bronson, the great grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. J.V. Bilberry of Spur, a number of aunts and uncles, and great aunts and great uncles.
Rev. B.B. Huckabay, pastor of the Baptist Church at Dickens and Espuela, read the funeral rites.
